J250K Engine and Fuel Performance
The John Deere 6068HFS55-228 runs at 1500 RPM with a 17:1 compression ratio and electronic governor delivering tight +/-0.5% frequency regulation. Exhaust gas flow reaches 617 L/s at 665°C, with heat distributed across 162 kW to exhaust, 88 kW to coolant, and 22 kW radiated to ambient for straightforward thermal management planning.
J250K Alternator and Control Panel Options
The AT01180T delivers a continuous nominal rating of 225 kVA at 40°C and 250 kVA standby at 27°C, with 93% full-load efficiency and THD below 2.8% on load. The standard APM303 controller covers manual and automatic operation with full electrical metering, Modbus RTU on RS485, and a 12-event fault log. The optional TELYS upgrades to a scroll-wheel display with USB and PC connectivity for more comprehensive monitoring.
Containment DW and DW 48H Enclosure Options for the J250K
The M226 DW double-wall enclosure measures 3560mm x 1200mm x 2182mm with an 868-liter integrated fuel tank for extended runtime. The M226 DW48 version adds a taller 2364mm profile and increases tank capacity to 1630 liters, delivering approximately 48 hours of continuous full-load operation without refueling.
