Flexible Voltage Options Built into the V275C2
The V275C2 stands out for its versatility across international voltage standards, a valuable feature for businesses operating in different regions or with varied equipment requirements. At 400/230V, it delivers 220 kWe standby power and 200 kWe prime power with standby amperage rated at 397 amps.
The unit also supports configurations including 220 TRI, 415/240, 380/220, 200/115, 240 TRI, and 230 TRI, all maintaining the same 220 kWe standby and 200 kWe prime output. This adaptability makes the V275C2 a practical choice for facilities that need one generator capable of serving multiple electrical standards.
Engineering Details of the V275C2 Engine and Alternator
The TAD734GE engine features a 108mm bore and 130mm stroke, a 17.1:1 compression ratio, and a turbocharged design supporting a maximum standby output of 250 kW at rated RPM. Heat management is efficient at this scale, with 177 kW directed to exhaust, 129 kW to coolant, and 26 kW radiated to ambient air.
The AT01512T alternator complements this with a continuous nominal rating of 250 kVA at 40°C and a standby rating of 275 kVA at 27°C, reaching 92.40% efficiency at full load. Total harmonic distortion stays below 2.5% both on load and no load, delivering clean power suitable for commercial equipment and sensitive electronics alike.
Built for Durability in Compact Form
Construction quality remains a priority even at this smaller scale. The mechanically welded chassis includes antivibration suspension to reduce operational stress, while a main line circuit breaker adds a layer of electrical protection.
The radiator is rated for wiring temperatures up to 48/50°C with a mechanical fan, and a protective grille option shields the fan and rotating parts. A 9 dB(A) silencer is supplied separately for noise sensitive environments, and the unit ships standard with oil and coolant rated to -30°C along with a charger for the DC starting battery.
Control Panel Options for the V275C2
The V275C2 comes standard with the TELYS control panel, offering a full featured interface with electrical measurements, alarm monitoring, and USB/PC connectivity for remote operation. Businesses managing larger or more complex power infrastructure can upgrade to the APM802, which provides a complete touch screen HMI compliant with IEC 61131-3, designed for facilities requiring maximum equipment availability and easy system expansion.
