The MTU 16V4000G63F is a turbocharged behemoth producing a maximum standby output of 2162 kW, with a BMEP of 20.61 bar and piston speeds reaching 10.5 m/s. Heat rejection to exhaust reaches 1233 kW, with an additional 730 kW rejected to coolant, underscoring the scale and thermal management demands this engine is designed to handle.

X2500 Alternator & Power Quality

The LSA 51.2 VL90 alternator delivers a continuous nominal rating of 2360 kVA and a standby rating of 2596 kVA, with total harmonic distortion held below 3.5% under all load conditions. Its brushless, direct-coupled design with Class H insulation and IP23 protection ensures long-term reliability in the most rigorous operating environments.

Control Panel Options

The X2500 supports three control panel configurations to match your operational complexity. The M80 provides straightforward engine monitoring for simpler installations, while the TELYS adds full electrical measurement, fault alarms, and USB/PC connectivity for more advanced oversight.
