All power ratings are established in accordance with ISO 8528-1 and ISO 3046-1 under standard reference conditions of 25 degrees C air inlet temperature, 100 kPa barometric pressure, and 30% relative humidity. A factory test certificate and full operation and maintenance manual are included with every unit.

A radiator with pressure cap and drain point rounds out a cooling system designed for straightforward servicing in the field.

BCC600S-60 Alternator and Electrical System

The single-bearing CGT Stamford alternator delivers clean, stable three-phase power output with low harmonic distortion, making this generator suitable for sensitive equipment and mixed load profiles. Class H insulation and AVR regulation ensure voltage stability across load changes, while the brushless design minimizes maintenance requirements over the life of the unit. 

The 24V electrical system includes starter batteries, connecting cables, and a dedicated engine-driven battery charging alternator, providing a self-contained and reliable starting circuit without dependence on external power sources.

BCC600S-60 Control System and Monitoring

The standard control system for export units is the BC 7210, based on the Deep Sea Electronics DSE7210 Digital Auto Start controller. It provides manual and automatic remote start capability with an LCD display showing coolant temperature, oil pressure, volts, amps, frequency, engine hours, and battery voltage, all with integrated alarm and shutdown protection. 

An automatic cool-down timer, emergency stop button, and ample auxiliary inputs and outputs are included as standard. For applications requiring more advanced functionality, upgrade options include the BC 7310 with RS485 telemetry and CANBus integration, the BC 7320 with full AMF and mains monitoring, and synchronisation-capable systems for parallel operation.
