This unit is built for operators who need a genset that can handle variable loads without sacrificing reliability. Whether the application calls for continuous prime power or backup standby capacity, the BCC 200-60 T3/F delivers consistent output across a range of voltage configurations.

Engine and Alternator Performance

At the heart of the BCC 200-60 T3/F is the Cummins QSB7-G5 engine, rated at 1800 rpm with a net power output of 195 kWm (261 bhp) at prime and 229 kWm (307 bhp) at standby. The engine uses electronic governing with high pressure common rail fuel injection for precise fuel management and steady frequency control.

Paired with it is the CGT Stamford UCI 274 alternator, a 4-pole, 3-phase unit with a Winding 311 configuration and an SX 460 automatic voltage regulator that holds voltage regulation within plus or minus 1.0 percent. This combination gives the generator the stability needed for sensitive electrical loads and demanding operating environments.

BCC 200-60 T3/F Control and Monitoring Systems

The standard control platform on the BCC 200-60 T3/F is the BC 7210 Digital Auto Start system, based on the DSE 7210 module. It provides automatic remote start, overspeed and underspeed protection, low oil pressure and high coolant temperature protection, fail to start indication, and an automatic cool-down timer.

Digital displays cover volts, amps, frequency, and engine operating hours. For operators who want more visibility, upgraded panels such as the BC 7310, BC 7320, BC 8610, and BC 8620 add features like kW and kVA display, over and under voltage protection, over current protection, and full synchronisation capability for multi-set installations.

Build Quality and Site Readiness

Every BCC 200-60 T3/F ships on a fully welded steel baseframe with integrated lifting and jacking points, making it straightforward to transport and position on site. The radiator includes a pressure cap and drain point, the cooling fan is fully guarded, and the unit rides on heavy duty rubber anti-vibration mountings to reduce operational noise and wear.

Spin on oil and fuel filters, a dry type air filter element, and a separate engine-driven battery charging alternator round out a design meant to simplify routine maintenance.

Broadcrown BCC 200-60 T3/F Enclosure Options

For outdoor installations, Broadcrown offers the Canopy 4 acoustic enclosure, engineered to meet EU Legislation 2000/14/EC through fire-retardant polyurethane foam and internally mounted high performance exhaust silencers.

The canopy reduces sound pressure to 79 dB(A) at 1 metre and 69 dB(A) at 7 metres, while gull-wing doors, heavy duty locks, and fork lift pockets support easy access and secure transport. An integral or bunded fuel tank option gives site planners flexibility depending on local requirements.

Warranty and Included Documentation

Each unit includes a Factory Test Certificate and a full Operation and Maintenance Manual, giving buyers documented proof of performance before delivery. A wide range of optional extras, from coolant heaters to alternative fuel system configurations, allows the BCC 200-60 T3/F to be tailored to specific site conditions and regulatory needs.
