T1200U Engine and Fuel Performance

The Mitsubishi S12R-PTA delivers a maximum standby output of 1320 kW at rated RPM, with a 14:1 compression ratio and 16.20 bar BMEP for robust, consistent load handling. The water-cooled system features a 300-liter combined radiator and engine capacity, a max coolant temperature of 98°C, and a 51 kW mechanical fan delivering 26.90 m3/s of airflow, ensuring stable thermal management even under sustained full-load conditions.

T1200U Alternator and Control Panel Options

The Leroy Somer LSA 50.2 L7 alternator delivers a continuous nominal rating of 1680 kVA at 40°C and a standby rating of 1850 kVA at 27°C, with 95.2% efficiency at full load and total harmonic distortion below 3.5% at all load levels. 

Three control panel options are available: the M80 for straightforward monitoring of core engine parameters, the TELYS for full electrical and engine measurement with USB and PC connectivity, and the APM802 for complete power plant management with a 100% touchscreen interface, IEC 61131-3 customization, and PLC communication functions designed for hospitals, data centers, oil and gas, and mining operations.

Containerized Enclosure Options for the T1200U

Both the ISO 20 Si and CIR 20 Ssi containerized versions share an identical footprint of 6058mm x 2438mm x 2896mm with an integrated 500-liter fuel tank, making them ideal for sites requiring fast installation and built-in weather protection. 

The super-silent CIR 20 Ssi version reduces acoustic pressure by 6 dB(A) compared to the standard container, bringing noise levels to 87 dB(A) at 1 meter and 77 dB(A) at 7 meters for deployments in noise-sensitive locations.
