ACBCC100-60: 100 kW Cummins Diesel Generator

Powered by the turbocharged Cummins 6BTA5.9-G6 engine and paired with a CGT Stamford UCI 274 alternator, this generator set is factory tested and built to ISO 8528-1 and ISO 3046-1 standards.

ACBCC100-60 Engine and Fuel Performance

The Cummins 6BTA5.9-G6 delivers a standby gross power of 132 kWm (177 bhp) at 1800 RPM, with a net standby output of 122 kWm (164 bhp) after fan losses, and a BMEP of 1496 kPa (217 psi) at standby rating. 

Total coolant capacity is 25 liters, engine coolant capacity is 9.1 liters, and oil capacity including filters is 16.4 liters, with a minimal typical oil consumption of 0.08 L/hr during extended operation.

ACBCC100-60 Canopy 3 Enclosure

The Canopy 3 acoustic enclosure is designed for harsh outdoor environments, with all steel components pre-treated and polyester powder coated in RAL9001 white with a RAL9005 black baseframe. 

Fire-retardant polyurethane foam acoustic insulation and internally mounted high-performance exhaust silencers reduce sound to 79 dB(A) at 1 meter and 69 dB(A) at 7 meters, meeting EU Legislation 2000/14/EC. 

Key access features include gull-wing doors with gas struts, a panel and breaker access door with viewing window, heavy-duty locks on all doors, an externally mounted emergency stop button, and full fork lift pocket and lifting point provisions.

Control System Options for the ACBCC100-60

The standard BC 7210 Digital Auto Start controller handles automatic and manual remote start with full overspeed, underspeed, low oil pressure, and high coolant temperature protection. 

Upgrade to the BC 7310/7320 for RS485 telemetry, SAE J1939 CANBus, kW/kVA/power factor display, and over/under voltage and over current protection, or choose the BC 8610/8620 for set-to-set or set-to-mains synchronization in multi-generator applications.
