OVERVIEW
The GRT7-TH2 electronic voltage regulator was developed for use with brushless or brush type generators (see item 2), and its main function is to maintain the generator output voltage constant regardless of load variations and rotationg speed, within normal operating conditions of the generator.
The regulator compares the output voltage with a precision reference value. The difference between these two values will alter the excitation currrent of the generator, maintaining in this way the value of the generated voltage within the set limits.
